Hi! I am Mikayla Albert, the owner and Principal Designer at Graceful Space, an Interior Design Studio serving Milwaukee, Wisconsin and beyond.
I fell in love with design and the essence of home when my husband and I purchased our first fixer-upper nearly a decade ago. Turning our 680 square-foot house into a home was a labor of love and incredibly rewarding. A couple of houses and kids later and I decided to put my passion to work. I received my diploma from the esteemed Interior Design Institute and in 2021 I opened Graceful Space.
My favorite part about my work as a designer is watching my clients’ houses turn into homes. I know how important it is to have an inviting, beautiful and cozy place to come back to after a long day. I take pride in not only creating beautiful spaces, but functional spaces that fit my clients’ unique lifestyle, needs and personality. I believe in creating spaces that will stand the test of time, and tell a family’s story.
